Credit cards will be pre-approved prior to rental.


Rules

1)    Must be at least 21 years old and have driver’s license.
2)    Must have a valid credit card.  No check or debit cards. Bring card & driver’s license.
3)    No drugs or alcohol allowed on rental boats at all.  We reserve the right to check all coolers.  This rule applies to driver and passengers, EVERYONE on the boat.
4)    No pets or grills allowed.  No pulling tubes or water skiing allowed.
5)    Boats cannot stay out over night; they must be in one hour before closing.
6)    Boats must be in by 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and 7:00 p.m. on Fri., Sat. & Sun. 10 hours or which ever comes first (these are peak season hours & subject to change).  We charge a $50.00 late fee plus $50.00 per hour for coming in late.
7)    Boat can be picked up as early as 9:00 a.m.
8)    Any damage to the boat is the sole responsibility of the person’s name on the contract.  Damages must be paid at check-in with a valid credit card.
9)    Cancellations on reservations can be made up till 9:00 a.m. the day of the rental without charge with a phone call.  We open daily at 8:00 a.m.  If you make a reservation and do not cancel and do not show up you will be charged for the boat.
10)    NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN DUE TO BAD WEATHER.
11)    You must obey all rules & regulations of the lake while renting.
